Jenna M. Fliszar has been practicing law for fourteen years with a broad diversity of experience, including in both criminal and civil law.

Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, she is the owner of Fliszar Law Office in Allentown, PA and serves as court-appointed counsel in dependency cases in Lehigh County, representing both children and parents in cases involving Children and Youth Services. She has served as Guardian Ad Litem for numerous children in the foster care system, ensuring their voices are heard.

In addition to her private practice, Fliszar serves as Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Bethlehem, where she heads the litigation division and advises the police, fire, and EMS departments, earning her the trust of those who protect our communities. Most notably, Fliszar defended South Whitehall Police Officer Jonathan Roselle, who was acquitted in a police-involved shooting outside of Dorney Park.
